Closed parks: National park closed due to damage caused by Ex-Tropical Cyclone Alfred
For safety, Border Ranges National Park is closed until Monday 7 April due to damage caused by Ex-Tropical Cyclone Alfred. The park will be opened once inspections, and any necessary works, are completed.
Penalties apply for non-compliance.
Closed areas: Border Loop Lookout closed for roadworks
The Border Loop Lookout and walking track will be closed to all visitors to allow for essential roadworks on the Lions Road.
The Lions Road will be closed to all visitors between Standfield’s Bridge at Cougal and the Queensland border.
