Closest point to drive and park is on all weather unsealed roads, from there it is via the water to this the campsite GPS: -31.07977, 153.04207 The campsite is 3 km south of Hat Head village, via Hungry Road.
You can park a trailer, or a tent in this campground – but no caravans This is a sheltered site, surrounded by sand dunes, thick heath and woodlands.
